As I always say, have your friends and family around to help you out while your going through a rough patch!!! I always look to my family ( my hubby, son sister, dad) for help and support!!! Now the key things i use when there not around????
1. I always go to music. Music can help heal the soul. But make sure its good healthy music, something that makes you happy.
2. Get up and do something. Like working out, dancing alone in your room lol ( i used to in high school ), shopping if you like it. etc...
3. watch a good movie again what makes you feel good.
4. try support groups online like talking to people, or try video on you tube.
there are just some ideas for ya i hope i helped you all.
